Information about the Program:  Art and design is a product of the cultural and historical process that forms the basis of social life. Interior design is closely related to these concepts. Today, people develop and use unique designs of their own culture and traditions by using aesthetics, functionality and technology together in their living spaces. In today's world, where quality and competition are very intense and consumer needs are constantly changing, professional competencies to be employed as individuals and designers in the field of interior design have gained great importance in this context.

OBJECTIVES:  

It is aimed to train technical staff who
1. can draw and read projects in Interior Design,
2. can use computer aided design programs,
3. has the production and assembly infrastructure suitable for the drawn projects,
4. can recognize the materials and accessories used in the interior industry,
5. care the health and safety measures related to the profession,
6. follow the developments and innovations in the field of Interior Design,
7.  use mathematics in the professional field
8.  use English at intermediate level

Job Oppurtunities
       Students who graduate from the field of interior design will be able to find jobs in the following areas. 
1- companies, public institutions and organizations which provide interior or furniture technology service

2. Furniture and Interior design production companies,
3. Design offices
4. Work areas that will provide space design for all areas where human beings exist. 

5. The 3 + 1 model in University of Applied Sciences enables our students to practice full time at their workplaces for one semester of their education, will also make it easier for our students to find a job.

Classrooms and Laboratory Opportunities

We have a classroom with a capacity of 40 people with high design and aesthetic perception, with angled tables and modern stools suitable for hand drawings. There are also 2 Computer Laboratories with a capacity of 40 and 32 people connected to the Internet. In addition to these, the following facilities are available in our school in theoretical courses;
-13 Classrooms (753 people)
- 5 Classes for 48 people
- 5 Classes for 54 people
- 3 Classes for 81 people
-1 Unit of Conference Halls (108 people)
